Warranty conditions for the Angel Juicer

For private use, we grant you a 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee on the motor and 3 years on the parts for material and manufacturing defects. When you buy direct from our website, we upgrade your parts warranty free of charge to 5 years as well.
Excluded from the guarantee are wear & tear parts such as wooden pushers, brushes and the silicone seal.

Please note that you need your proof of purchase to claim the guarantee. When you buy direct from us, no invoice is needed as your unit is recorded in our system through the serial number.

Please have your invoice or customer number ready so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

The guarantee applies to devices that are despatched to and used solely in the UK. If you want to move abroad, please check with us first as the motors are finely tuned to the voltage and herz used in the UK as well as a few other countries.

Of course, in the event of a defect, you retain your statutory warranty rights, which you can assert against us independently of the guarantee and which are not restricted by the guarantee.
