Below you will find details in regards to (1) your legal right to return goods purchased online, (2) the model cancellation form, (3) Angel Juicer Extended Household Returns Policy, (4) Physical Condition of returned units

1) Your legal right to return goods

If you have received Goods in connection with the Contract which you have cancelled, you must send back the Goods or hand them over to us at LUBA Distribution Ltd, 1108 Marco Island, NG1 1AW, Nottingham, UK without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of this Contract. The deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You agree that you will have to bear the cost of returning the Goods.  Please note that the right to return goods is applicable to natural persons; businesses do not have the right to return goods and it is up to the seller to accept a return under their commercial-returns terms**.

For the purposes of these Cancellation Rights, these words have the following meanings: distance contract means a contract concluded between a trader and a consumer under an organised distance sales or service-provision scheme without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the time at which the contract is concluded;

sales contract means a contract under which a trader transfers or agrees to transfer the ownership of goods to a consumer and the consumer pays or agrees to pay the price, including any contract that has both goods and services as its object.Consumers should first try to resolve the dispute directly with the trader. If this fails then the consumer can submit their complaint via the electronic complaint form on the ODR platform. ** Commercial customers returns T&C: We accept returns from commercial customers within 30 days of you receiving the product, provided it is still unused.  There is a 25% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of £20.  Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.  For product that has been used, we can offer 50%

3) Extended Household Returns Policy

Our extended household returns policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your legal return rights.  It is applicable to both our juicers as well as the accessory screens.
Due to our high quality & fantastic juicing performance we are happy to offer a risk-free, 30-day, in-home trial. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and as such, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return your order within 30 days for a full refund.  Please note that there may be a charge if the unit has received cosmetic blemishes or physical damage while in your possession.

If you wish to return your Angel Juicer after the 30-day trial period, a restocking fee will apply + £14 shipping. To return an Angel Juicer or other product purchased from our website, you will need a Returns authorisation number. To receive this returns authorisation number, please contact us via phone, e-mail or online chat. You will receive a returns label from our support team via e-mail. You will need to drop your parcel off at any Royal Mail post office. Returns will be inspected and refunded in the same manner as the original payment within 72 hours of receiving the goods.

Return Fees for household customers:

  • 0 – 30 days, no restocking fee, £14 shipping*
  • 30 days – 90 days, the restocking fee is 20% of the purchase price* + £14 shipping*
  • 91 days – 6 months, the restocking fee is 30% of the purchase price* +£14 shipping*
  • 6 months – 1 year, the restocking fee is 40% of the purchase price* +£14 shipping*
  • No product returns are accepted after 1 year from the date of purchase unless agreed prior as part of our ‘living abroad’ deals (i.e. military/students etc.)

*The “purchase price” is the lower value of the “former selling price” and the “current selling price”.

**Shipping is £22 for Northern Ireland

4) Physical Condition of returned units

Within the legal 14 days window, the unit is not allowed to have been used and needs to be returned in the same condition as received.
Within our own extended returns policy, we allow you to use the juicer and screens.  We ask that the goods are fully cleaned before being returning.  Please note that it is vital you package the returned goods safely.  Damage during transit is the responsibility of the sender, and only in rare situations is this covered by the courier.  Please ensure you package the goods adequately (they should withstand a drop from 1.5m height).  The amount refunded will be reduced for units that are damaged or have not been cleaned.
