Absolutely simple: Only one universal sieve, so you don’t have to think beforehand whether soft or hard pressing material is being juiced, and there is no need to laboriously disassemble the juicer when changing the pressing material to change the sieve. The three-stage universal sieve of the Angel Juicer processes almost all fruit and vegetable varieties.

In addition, there is no need to pay attention to the marking points when assembling the press rollers (one press roller has one point and the other has two points as a mark, the rollers must be assembled so that one point is between the two points of the opposite roller, if not observed, there is a possibility of damaging the device, this is not covered by the warranty). With 43 mm, the feeding chute of the Angel Juicer is one of the largest compared to other Twin-Gear juicers.

No regulation of the pomace necessary by means of so-called outlet adjustment screws

The Angel Juicer does not require a so-called outlet adjustment screw, as is common with other twin gear juicers. Most twin-gear juicers work with this outlet adjustment screw, which is available for hard and soft produce and must be opened or closed during the juicing process.

What ingredients does the Angel Juicer juice

The Angel Juicer juices almost everything! From vegetables and fruits (including soft fruit varieties), leafy greens, roots, herbs, sprouts, celery, and even pine needles. The Angel Juicer puree sieve allows for the production of hummus, sauces, baby food, dessert, and frozen fruit sorbet. It resembles the closed sieve, but the ingredients are ejected earlier, resulting in a coarser consistency which simplifies handling.

Nutrient rich juices

Not only the juice yield of the Angel Juicer is impressive! The Shattering Helical Gears (SHG) are over 210mm long and the space between the gears is only 0.1mm.  The juice quality is also extremely high, as you can see from this graph for the yield of calcium and magnesium. With the combination of the patented twin press roller system, the powerful motor and the three-stage juicing sieve, the Angel Juicer can easily grind cellulose fibres and break open the cell walls of fruit and vegetables to bring the nutrients contained in them into the juice. The result is a juice with a stronger and darker color (more colouring) and a sweeter and fuller taste.
